Terms of Use

Effective 31 October 2026 · applies to every app and game published by Lotus Kite

Agreement

These terms apply when you download or use any app or game published by Lotus Kite, a studio of Trano Technology and Digital Solutions Company Limited ("we", "us"). By using our apps you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Each app's privacy policy, linked from its page on this site, explains how it handles data.

Your licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for non-commercial purposes, in line with these terms and the rules of the store you downloaded from. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the apps except where the law expressly allows it.

Subscriptions and purchases

  • Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple account when you confirm the purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period (weekly or yearly) at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Free trials turn into a paid subscription when they end unless you cancel before then. If you buy a subscription during a trial, the unused part of the trial ends.
  • Cancel or manage any time: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions; or iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
  • Lifetime purchases unlock the paid features of that app for as long as we offer the app on that store, on devices signed in to the same store account.
  • Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy (Google Play, Apple). Use "Restore purchases" in the app after reinstalling or changing phones.

Ads and rewarded unlocks

Free versions may show ads. Some apps let you watch an ad to unlock an item for a limited time; the unlock ends when that time is up, and we may change or end such offers. Ad availability depends on the ad network and is not guaranteed.

Your content

Photos, videos, text and other content you create or import stay yours. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you process with our apps and for how you share the results. We do not claim ownership of your content and, unless a feature clearly says it uses a server, it never leaves your device.

Estimates are estimates

Some features produce estimates — for example nutrition values from a food photo, time-to-full-charge, or automatic captions. They can be wrong. They are for convenience and entertainment, not medical, dietary, safety or professional advice. Check anything important yourself.

Acceptable use

Do not use our apps to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to harass anyone, or to interfere with the apps or the services they rely on.

Apple App Store

If you downloaded an app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and is not responsible for claims relating to the app (including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims). If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, and Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Disclaimer and liability

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but they are provided "as is" and may contain errors or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.

Changes and ending

We may update the apps and these terms. If a change is material we will say so in the app or on this page before it takes effect. You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it (and cancelling any subscription in your store account).

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without depriving you of the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live. Questions: support@lotuskite.com.
